DELIVERY & RETURNS
All information regarding the delivery and return of your jewelry.
OUR MANUFACTURING LEAD TIMES
As our creations are custom-made, manufacturing and delivery times are 4 to 5 weeks after order confirmation.
This timeframe reflects the care and high standards applied to the creation of each custom piece.
If your request is urgent, please do not hesitate to inform us: we will always do our best to offer you a suitable solution.
Our customer service team remains at your disposal for any questions or clarifications.
SECURE DELIVERY
All our jewelry is shipped via Chronopost, a secure service that allows us to insure your jewelry throughout the shipping process.
Each shipment includes: insurance up to the value of your jewelry, a tracking number, delivery against signature or to a relay point, and a discreet and confidential package to avoid any unwanted attention.
Delivery is free in metropolitan France.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For all return or exchange requests, please contact our customer service department at the following address: contact@deloisonparis.com, within 30 days of delivery of your jewelry.
After your request has been approved by email, the jewelry must be returned, at the customer's expense, to the following address: 89 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris. No returns will be accepted without prior confirmation from us.
Upon receipt, we will process your request as quickly as possible and, in accordance with regulations, we will refund the sums paid, excluding return costs.
The jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, accompanied by all its documentation and its original case. Failing this, the return will not be accepted.
SHOWROOM COLLECTION
If you wish, you can also collect your jewelry directly from one of our showrooms.
Simply make an appointment with one of our advisors to arrange the collection of your creation.
