OUR EXCEPTIONAL STONES
Every stone selected by us receives absolute attention. Colour, brilliance, purity, and character guide our choice, always respecting the natural balance of the gemstone.
Selected one by one with our gemmologists and trusted partners, our stones reveal a singular intensity, destined to stand the test of time.
They are the starting point for every creation. Because an exceptional stone is never chosen at random, but rather recognised.

THE DIAMOND
A symbol of eternity and purity, the diamond fascinates with its incomparable brilliance. Each stone reveals a unique light, reflecting its character and quality.
At Deloison, all our diamonds are accompanied by a certificate issued by recognized independent laboratories, such as GIA or HRD. This document attests to the authenticity of the stone as well as its characteristics (weight, color, clarity, and cut).
How to choose a diamond?
To guide you, we rely on the 4Cs, the universal criteria that determine the beauty and value of a diamond: carat, color, cut, and clarity.
Weight (carat):
This measures the weight of the diamond. It's a matter of balance: two diamonds of the same weight can appear different depending on their cut. The essential thing is to choose the carat that enhances the hand while respecting the harmony of the creation.

Color:
When purchasing a diamond, color is also one of the important characteristics to consider.
A diamond's color is graded from D (colorless) to Z (tinted).
The more colorless the stone, the more clearly and intensely it reflects light. At Deloison, we favor shades between D and H, renowned for their incomparable brilliance.

The cut:
A diamond's cut, meaning the way it is shaped, is the essential criterion for its beauty. It determines its ability to capture and reflect light, thus revealing its full brilliance.
Evaluated according to symmetry, proportions, and polish quality, it is graded by independent laboratories such as GIA, HRD, or IGI.
We recommend prioritizing "Very Good" to "Excellent" cuts for optimal brilliance.

Clarity:
is generally the last characteristic to consider, as it has the least visual impact on the diamond. Diamonds graded SI1 SI2 may have inclusions visible to the naked eye.
At Deloison Paris, we select diamonds for our clients that have white and virtually invisible inclusions. Most of our clientele opt for stones with a clarity grade between VS2 and SI1.
