We ship to mainland France and Europe.
France: 24-hour delivery to your home or a relay point.
Europe: 4 to 5-day delivery, to a relay point only.

We craft each of our pieces to order, without stock, to ensure absolute quality and attention to detail.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. If needed, you can also write to us at contact@deloisonparis.com.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for your decision, only for non-customized products.
Furthermore, a period of one month from the receipt of your order is granted for any exchange request, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original case.
Legal Exceptions: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, personalized products, or products that have benefited from a first after-sales service at the customer's request (resizing, subsequent engraving, modification).
These products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in exceptional cases expressly agreed upon in advance between the customer and Maison Deloison, and confirmed in writing.
Procedure: For any return or exchange request, please contact our customer service at the following address: contact@deloisonparis.com, within 30 days of the delivery of your jewelry.
After your request has been validated by email, the jewelry must be returned, at the customer's expense, to the following address: 89 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris. No return can be accepted without prior confirmation from us.
Upon receipt, we will process your request as quickly as possible. In accordance with regulations, Deloison Paris will refund the amounts paid, excluding return shipping costs.
The jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, accompanied by all its documentation and its original case. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
You can drop off your jewelry directly at one of our showrooms, by appointment.
If you cannot visit our store, please contact our customer service at contact@deloisonparis.com for prior approval. After our confirmation, the jewelry must be sent by secure registered mail to the following address: 89 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris.
Please note: Resizing is possible for 1 to 2 sizes down or up.
All our pieces are crafted in 18k gold, set with certified natural diamonds or colored gemstones.
- Our diamonds are certified by accredited organizations from 0.3 carats
- All our diamonds over 0.05 carats are GVS quality
- All our gemstones are authentic and natural
Appointments can be booked via our online calendar for all our showrooms in Paris and Lille.
We work exclusively with our own gold, stones, and diamonds, selected with the utmost care.
This choice allows us to guarantee the traceability, quality, and compliance with current standards, as well as the durability and warranty of each of our creations.
