3. PRODUCTS

The photographs illustrating the products reproduce reality as faithfully as possible. If errors have been introduced, Deloison Paris cannot be held responsible in any case. The majority of the products offered to its customers by Deloison Paris are available in our showroom at 89 rue de Monceau, 75008, Paris. Furthermore, the weights of the items are given as an indication and may vary depending on finger sizes.

4. ORDER

Automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Deloison Paris confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. Deloison Paris reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the product.

5. DELIVERY

After order confirmation, Deloison Paris undertakes to deliver all ordered items to its carrier within the deadlines specified during the purchase process. The delivery time indicated on the item sheet begins from the confirmation of your ring size and the receipt of the total payment for the order. This carrier undertakes by contract with Deloison Paris to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by Deloison Paris. Furthermore, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duties, value-added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order. All orders placed with Deloison Paris are for the personal use of customers. Customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. Deloison Paris disclaims all legal responsibility if the taxes are not paid by the customer. Delivery will be made by a specialized carrier or made available at the Deloison Paris showroom. Delivery is made within the time slot agreed with the customer by direct delivery of the product to the recipient or their representative against signature, or in the event of absence, deposited at the nearest Post Office. The package will then be available for collection against signature at the same Post Office. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages. Deliveries to EU and non-EU countries incur additional costs at the customer's expense. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer benefits from the right of return under the conditions provided in this document. Cases of force majeure exempting the seller from its obligation to deliver include war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and inability to be supplied. Always check your package upon arrival. You have a period of 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of missing items or damage.

6. SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

You have 14 clear days from receipt of the items, as per the Hamon law (article L 121-21 of the consumer code), to form an opinion. In case of exchange or refund, return or deposit the new item(s) in its(their) original, intact packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories and documentation, to the following address: Deloison Paris - 89 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France. It is specified that products that have undergone personalized engraving or a specific configuration requested by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. Products that have undergone an initial after-sales service at the customer's request (for resizing or subsequent engraving) are considered accepted by the customer, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Deloison Paris is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days.

7. PRICE

The price is expressed in euros. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and European Union countries. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and storage costs, transport costs, and commissioning costs.

8. PAYMENT

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Deloison Paris. The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the effective order. For custom-made products, a deposit of 30% of the total amount due will be requested from the customer. Payment can be made by bank card bearing the CB symbol, by check, or by bank transfer, in which case payment will be debited after receipt of the order. In the case of payment by bank card, your bank card number is directed to the bank's servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without passing through the store's server, a guarantee all the more important as your numbers are known only to our banking partner. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the banking payment centers concerned have given their approval. In the event of refusal by the said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email. Furthermore, Deloison Paris reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

9. DISPUTES

This contract is subject to French law. Deloison Paris cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or physical, that may result from a malfunction or misuse of the marketed products. The same applies to any modifications to the products resulting from manufacturers. The responsibility of Deloison Paris will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be invoked for simple errors or omissions that may have persisted despite all precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, notably with the help of: a professional association in the sector, a consumer association, or any other advisor of their choice. It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is recalled that, as a general rule and subject to the appreciation of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee implies that the buyer honors their financial commitments towards the seller. Claims or disputes will always be received with attentive consideration, good faith always being presumed in anyone who takes the trouble to explain their situation. In case of dispute, the customer will primarily contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Failing that, the Commercial Court of Paris has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the payment method accepted.

10. WARRANTY

All our products are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover wear and tear due to use, nor breakage or deformation due to accidental circumstances or improper use. In all cases, Deloison Paris cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt. The responsibility of Deloison Paris is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, its value at the date of sale, and this without any possibility of recourse against the brand or the producing company. In any event, the customer benefits from the legal warranty against eviction and hidden defects (Articles 1625 et seq. of the Civil Code). Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally remedy all its consequences (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code); if the buyer takes legal action, they must do so within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect (Article 1648 of the Civil Code).
